Available to Indian students who are either at least one quarter blood quantum or are enrolled in a current North Dakota tribe.

Available to new high school graduate, or GED recipients, who are residents of New Mexico and who will attend a New Mexico accredited college or university.

Available to enrolled members of the following Northern pueblos: Tesuque, SanIlddefonso, Nambe, Santa Clara, Pojoaque, Picuris. Approximately 25 awards of between $1,000-$5,000 are given each year.
