It is easy enough to create a web site with loads of static content,
but the real challenge comes in creating an online community full of
active, vibrant and informed users. This is the focus of
MyHealthCareer.net.
This is accomplished by allowing users to :

Our vision is to create a place where students and professionals can
join together by means of internet based communications and shared
experience. The goal is to encourage and support students as they enter

  • Building a scalable web-based framework that allows for deep interaction in a meaningful way between all users
  • Giving all users and partners equal representation on the web site.
  • Universities, organizations, professionals and students create
    personal web pages representing their interests and ideas, as well as
    their network of friends and professional relations.
  • Actively support students and professionals using MyHealthCareer by
    providing updated relevant information, mentor/protégé networks,
    partner resource databases, volunteer opportunity listings, live
    question and answer sessions, online multimedia web meetings and
    interest specific groups.
